Writing with integrity includes:

Writing with honesty, sincerity and authenticity.  Being there, being real, being present.  Writing that is true to your values.  Following through on your words.  Writing with positive intention: to inform, to clarify, to share, to learn, to create, to inspire, to expand possibilities.
