300 Reasons To Go To SobCon08
Regular readers will know I’m itching to go to Chicago in May, to attend the Business School for Bloggers that is SobCon08.
Now I that lots of other bloggers are dreaming of going to Chicago - but also that lots of people won’t be able to go. The good news is that bloggers, being generous souls, are bound to share their learning with the wider world so what starts in a room of 250 will spread to an audience of many thousands (if not millions!)
That’s certainly what I’d be doing too, sharing my learning with all of you here. As of today that’s 300 regular readers! I know that RSS numbers can go down as well as up but it still seems like 300 good reasons to go to SobCon08.
And you can help me get there. There’s a competition going on to promote SobCon, the winner being the person who sends the most visitors to the site. I’m currently in 4th place, but with a fair way to go to beat the competition and get to 1st place. I reckon it’s doable though - with your help.
All you need to do is click on a link to the SobCon08 site - and if you’re looking for something even easier than a link - just click on the button!
Thank you

Joanna, best wishes with this. Sell the kitchen sink if you have to. Sell your hair. You can’t miss this conference. I might have to knock doors in my neighborhood to sell my old shoes, but I’ll be there.
Hi Easton, thanks for stopping by!
Your comment really made me smile. I don’t think I’d get much for my old shoes, and not a bean for my hair.
Maybe the kitchen sink though
Thanks for the encouragement, hope to see you in Chicago!
Joanna
You too! Glad I could make you smile.
I am going if I have to skip a car payment to get the airfare! I didn’t win the contest either, but I am looking forward to meeting all of you and taking my blog/business to the next level and beyond.
Stephen, that’s the thing about this event, we’re all desperate to go whether we win the sponsorship or not!
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone too - see you there!
